The City of Prior Lake needed a site to inform the public about a busy intersection project that will affect the Downtown Prior Lake area. It needed to be customized to to match the cities branding as well as provide timely information to everyone who wanted to find out more. It also needed to be mobile friendly and accessible to as many people as possible. I created this project site as a sub-site of our WordPress Multi-site setup that I talked about in the previous post. This site was a little more complex as we needed to embed social media and a lot of standout boxes to highlight areas of content, we wanted the public to focus on including upcoming open houses. This project site is a little near and dear to me because this is also in the community where I live, and I travel this intersection frequently. I am interested in seeing what solutions will come out of this project in the future.
